From time to time Bees & Taylor may send you information about discounts, offers, events and style news if you have already opted in to receive these. Should you, at any time, not wish to be sent this information please email us at hello@beesandtaylor.com stating that you would like to opt out of any further correspondence..

Personal Styling Bookings

  • To make an appointment please email hello@beesandtaylor.com. All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • To secure your appointment a 50% deposit will be required. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The client will need to settle the outstanding balance prior to the day. The full invoice is payable prior to your appointment.
  • Gift voucher purchases will require payment in full.
  • Should appointments run over time due to circumstance or at the client’s request, an extra ½ day cost will be incurred (ie. 1/2 day/ 3 hours maximum, 1 day/ 7 hours maximum).
  • Half day bookings run from 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. Day bookings run from 10am-5pm.


  • If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Bees & Taylor.
  • Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to your appointment. In this case clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their booking.
  • If cancellation is made with less than 72 hours notice the deposit will be non-refundable and no alternative booking date will be offered. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Bees & Taylor.
  • Bees & Taylor reserves the right to refuse, cancel or change an appointment at any time.


  • The client may reschedule their appointment if giving more than 72 hours notice prior to the organised date. Otherwise you will be expected to attend your day at the agreed date and time.
  • If you reschedule your appointment more than twice, you will then be subject to a £25 rescheduling fee for every additional reschedule.


  • All packages are available by Gift Voucher or as a part payment on a package.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for one year from purchase date. We do not offer a refund policy.

Travel expenses

  • For all styling appointments based outside of London (outside the M25) or for any appointment requiring delivery of shopping and/ or involving luggage in a taxi, travel costs to be covered by the client.
  • Additional accommodation costs are also payable by the client should they be required.

On the day

  • Home visit – ensure your clothes are in reasonable order to save time ie. all seasonal wardrobes need to be accessible and items unpacked and ready for try on.
  • Shopping Day – ensure that you wear comfortable clothes/ shoes that are easy to take on and off.
  • In the event that items cannot be obtained on the day, other alternatives will be discussed with the client.


Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash (to be made prior to the day of your experience).


  • Rates to be agreed on request.
  • Day rate is agreed for a maximum 8 hour day. Should the client go over the scheduled 8 hours you will be charged at overtime rate of 1.5 / hour.
  • Expenses incurred over the duration of a project to be covered by the client eg. travel costs, accommodation, subsistence etc.
  • Travel days will be charged at 50% of the agreed day rate.
  • Notice of cancellation must be given a full week in advance of any job or charges will apply.
